Brian Hogue is a trial lawyer focused on guiding plaintiffs and defendants through every stage of commercial litigation before state and federal courts across the U.S. and in arbitration matters abroad. His litigation practice covers a wide range of business issues, including high-stakes energy disputes concerning power purchase agreements, breach of commercial contracts, corporate governance disputes and bankruptcy litigation involving financial fraud, breach of fiduciary duties, preference actions and fraudulent transfers.
Brian has also handled a number of challenging appeals in federal and state courts, including the Texas Supreme Court. This experience helps him identify and preserve critical errors at the trial court level and protect clients’ interests on appeal.
